At Fortes Nordic, we develop and implement solutions such as Fortes ProjectFlow. ProjectFlow is a scalable and intuitive project and portfolio management (PPM) solution, closely integrated with Microsoft 365 and AI. It enables organizations to optimize resources, improve collaboration, and deliver projects more efficiently. The tool supports both agile and traditional project management methods, offering the flexibility to manage complex project environments. Among our clients are Sparekassen Kronjylland, Per Aarsleff, Copenhagen Municipality, and the Danish Tax Agency.

Fortes Nordic also provides Fortes Change Cloud and Fortes Milestones, which help service-based companies improve resource management, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting through tools like Power BI.

Our journey began in 1999 when Lars T. Olsen founded FlowIT, later ProjectFlow A/S, and today Fortes, with a vision to create user-friendly IT tools for process optimization. Today, we provide Fortes ProjectFlow for project, portfolio, resource, and financial management with close integration to Microsoft 365.

Lars started as a freelance consultant, and in 2002 Karsten Ley Poulsen joined the company as a partner. Since then, many more employees and customers have joined in.

In 2021, Karsten acquired Lars’ shares and later sold a portion to employees. In 2023, we changed our name to ProjectFlow A/S (from FlowIT) to emphasize our focus on the product.

In 2024, we were acquired by the Dutch company Fortes (formerly Qics) and renamed Fortes ProjectFlow in December.
